Child Protection Policy

Aims  

The primary aim of these guidelines is to give direction and guidance to school management authorities and school personnel in dealing with allegations/suspicions of child abuse. 

The most important consideration to be taken into account is the protection of children.  The safety and well being of children must be a priority. 

The Board of Management has adopted the Department of Education and Science’s Guidelines.  These have been issued to all schools.
